- Can I get my prints signed?
Yes you can! When you click on your cart, there is a box titled 'Order Special Instructions' below. Please make a note in here if you would like your prints signed.
The default signature will be at the bottom right of an artwork (unless it covers anything important). You also have the possibility of a silver, gold, or black signature. If you make no selection on colour, I will decide which looks best with all the artworks you ordered.
As desk mats are shipped directly from production, I have no means of signing them before sending them out currently.
2. How long will my order take?
For art prints, please allow for 1-5 business days for dispatch and then an additional 1 to 8 business days for shipping, depending on which shipping option you select. I'm running all of this by myself but I do my best to get your prints shipped asap!
Desk mats are shipped direct from production to you and typically take 3 to 6 business days.
3. Why are there two shipping costs listed in my order?
As the prints are shipped direct from me and the desk mats are shipped from production, there may be more than one shipping cost on your order to account for this.
4. Who created these artworks?
All artworks were painted digitally by me. Each takes around 15-30 hours to complete!
5. Are these artworks officially licensed?
Anything listed as an 'original' artwork that was created for a client is an official piece created by me (for example the 'Sharkadia' Cover Artwork). Any fanart that does not mention a client in the text description is an unofficial, unlicensed piece of inspired by the Original Work and created out of a love for that. All rights to the characters and stories belong to their respective owners.
Any artwork sold is sold for personal use only.
6. Why don't you ship internationally?
Due to international shipping constraints and taxes, I currently don't have the capacity to handle international shipping alongside my client work! If that changes in the future, I will update this site to reflect that.
7. Why is a print listed as "Last Stock"?
This is an older piece of mine that has limited stock left. Once the sizes sell out, they will not be restocked.
8. Will my specific size print come back in stock?
All A3 prints not listed as 'Last Stock' artworks will be restocked within two weeks of them running out of stock. Any other sizes will not currently be restocked so get them while they last!
9. Can I order through your site for convention pick-up?
Yes! In the month leading up to any convention, I will open orders for pick-up in person at the event. This gives you the opportunity to secure your print purchase to make sure the prints you want don't sell out.
